Welcome to WTEC1 LMS and Eduvault – Malawi's premier digital learning platforms for secondary school students. By accessing or using these platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the platforms.
Eligibility
You must be a student, guardian, teacher, or school registered under WTEC1 LMS or Eduvault to access the content. Users must be at least 13 years old or have consent from a parent or guardian.
Accounts and Access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
Do not share your account or access credentials with others.
Access to content is tied to the form level and subject package purchased.
Payments and Subscriptions
All services require payment based on the selected subscription plan and package.
Access is granted after successful payment confirmation.
Subscription pricing and available plans are displayed on the platform and may vary by package.
No refunds are provided for missed usage or unused days.
Use of Content
All learning materials, videos, and assessments are property of Wtec1 Technologies.
You may not redistribute, sell, or reuse materials outside the platforms.
Use is strictly for educational purposes under the Malawi secondary curriculum.
User Conduct
Users are expected to:
Respect platform rules and fellow users.
Not attempt to hack, bypass, or reverse-engineer any part of the systems.
Use language that is appropriate and not abusive in forums or feedback.
Service Availability
WTEC1 LMS and Eduvault may occasionally undergo maintenance or experience downtime. While we strive for consistent availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platforms. You may also stop using the platforms at any time.
Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of WTEC1 LMS or Eduvault after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
