General Refund Policy
No Refunds for Standard Subscriptions
As a general rule, all payments made for subscriptions to WTEC1 LMS and Eduvault are non-refundable. This includes:
Monthly subscription fees
Subject package purchases
Any additional content or resource fees
Unused days or partial months of service
Exceptions: Technical Issues
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:
Platform Access Failure
If you are unable to access the platform due to technical issues on our end for more than 7 consecutive days, and our support team cannot resolve the issue.
Duplicate Payments
If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a system error.
Unauthorized Transactions
If a payment was made without your authorization and you report it within 48 hours with proper documentation.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
You will continue to have access to all content until the end of the paid period.
No refunds will be provided for the remaining days in your subscription period after cancellation.

Provide Details
Include your account information, payment receipt, transaction reference number, and a clear explanation of the issue.

Our team will review your request within 5-7 business days and respond with a decision.
Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:
Change of mind or dissatisfaction with content quality
Failure to use the platform or access materials during your subscription period
Internet connectivity issues on your end
Device compatibility issues (ensure your device meets our technical requirements)
Account suspension or termination due to violation of Terms of Service
Requests made more than 30 days after the payment date
Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. Once a payment is made, you will have access to the platform for the full period you paid for, regardless of usage.
